Meet Dr. Charm
Dr. Charmaura Henderson is a St. Louis, MO native. She received her bachelor’s of science in Athletic Training with a Spanish minor from Southeast Missouri State University. Years later she moved to the DFW area where she then attended the prestigious Parker University where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic, as well as her Master’s of Science in Functional Nutrition.
Dr. Charm is mom to her beautiful daughter, Miss Cai. Because she is committed to being the main influence and the best example to her daughter, Dr. Charm is very passionate about modeling a healthy lifestyle and living a life that encourages and inspires others!
In the middle of what could have be seen as adversity, Dr. Charm saw an opportunity to establish MSW Health Enterprises. MSW is a mobile chiropractic and holistic care clinic that is committed to loving, serving, healing and inspiring others to LIVE optimally!

MSW was born out of a passion that eliminates excuses of being able have access to quality, educational, AND convenient healthcare. Our goal is to prioritize genuine care and empathy, providing transparent and compassionate care.
