Meet Dr. Charm
Dr. Charmaura “Charm” Henderson is a proud St. Louis native whose journey led her to plant seeds of healing and purpose in the DFW area. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training with a Spanish minor from Southeast Missouri State University, then went on to receive both her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Functional Nutrition from the prestigious Parker University in Dallas.
Now serving the DFW metroplex, Dr. Charm is the founder of MSW Health Enterprises, a faith-driven chiropractic and holistic wellness practice. What began as a mobile clinic in the midst of uncertainty has grown into a thriving business—recently expanding into a dedicated office space in Carrollton, TX. The new clinic represents not just growth, but a physical home for the mission of MSW: to love, serve, heal, and inspire others to live in alignment—body, mind, and spirit.
Dr. Charm is also a devoted mother to her daughter, Miss Cai, who remains her greatest inspiration. She is passionate about leading by example—modeling a healthy, purpose-filled lifestyle rooted in faith and freedom.
Whether in the office, out in the community, or serving through ministry, Dr. Charm is committed to helping others reconnect with their God-given design, one adjustment and encounter at a time.

Jess is the friendly face and multitasking powerhouse helping keep MSW Health Enterprises running smoothly. With a heart for people and a knack for excellence, Jess brings both warmth and organization to our front desk and behind-the-scenes operations.
Before joining MSW, Jess spent the past three years as a devoted stay-at-home wife to her amazing husband, Jonathan, and a full-time mama to their two beautiful boys. She’s also the creative force behind a thriving custom cake business, where she crafts delicious, made-to-order treats for any occasion.
Now, she’s stepping back into the working world — and we’re so blessed that she chose to do it with us. Jess will be wearing many hats: managing patient communication, overseeing office flow, and supporting back-end business operations with grace and care. Her presence is already a gift, and we’re excited for the growth ahead with her on our team.
