📍 Base Convenience Fee:

$25 (applies to all mobile visits)

🚗 Travel Radius (Round Trip) Fees:

  • 0–10 miles: + $0 travel fee

  • 11–20 miles: + $10 travel fee

  • 21–30 miles: + $20 travel fee

  • 31–40 miles: + $30 travel fee

  • Over 40 miles: Please contact us for a custom travel quote

Note: Distances are calculated round trip from our clinic at 1735 Keller Springs Rd, Carrollton, TX 75006.

💳 Payment Options:
Travel fees can either be:

  • Added to your membership payment, or

  • Paid at the time of service (via Zelle, card, or cash)

🔎 Examples:

  • 4 miles away (8 miles round trip)
    $25 base fee + $0 travel fee = $25 total

  • 5.9 miles away (11.8 miles round trip)
    $25 base fee + $10 travel fee = $35 total

  • 19 miles away (38 miles round trip)
    $25 base fee + $30 travel fee = $55 total
